For over 20 years our Founder has stood as a top-tier engineer, innovator and forward-thinking leader in the educational sector, developing cutting-edge educational models and building thriving school systems. Today he drives operations across our dual hubs in Lagos and Uyo, creating environments where the next generation of global leaders can thrive.
The mind of an engineer, the heart of an educator
His journey is built on a rare combination of technical precision and strategic business leadership. He holds a degree in Engineering and Well Drilling — a discipline that taught him the value of deep foundations, structural integrity and meticulous planning — and, understanding that a great vision also requires world-class management, went on to earn an MBA in Business Administration.
The birth of MPIS
For 20 years he has taken the core principles of engineering — building from the ground up, testing for strength, designing for the future — and applied them to education. To him, nurturing a child is the ultimate form of human engineering: build a deep, unshakable foundation of character, support it with rigorous academics, and cap it with global innovation.
That engineering background is why MPIS places such focus on future-ready fields like STEM, agribusiness and renewable energy. Through dual-state operations in Lagos and Uyo, he has bridged communities, bringing a uniform standard of world-class education to both day and boarding students.

An MBA and over 12 years of high-level management experience. The Administrator is the engine that keeps the MPIS ecosystem running at peak performance. With a deep understanding of the Nigerian educational landscape and corporate governance, they oversee the structural integrity of our campuses — from the high-tech labs to the secure boarding facilities. Every logistical detail is engineered so your child can focus entirely on their transformation.

Visionary lead for the secondary school
A Master’s in Educational Leadership and 15+ years of dedicated service in secondary education. As a TRCN-certified expert, he ensures the synergy between the British and Nigerian curricula is perfect. His experience guiding students through SSCE and IGCSE ensures every MPIS graduate is not just a student, but a globally competitive leader ready for the world’s most prestigious universities.
Head Teacher
A specialist in foundational excellence
A Master’s in Early Childhood Education and over 10 years nurturing young minds. The architect of the foundational pillars, ensuring our youngest learners — our Sprouts — develop a lifelong love for discovery. With a specialised focus on curriculum interpretation and child psychology, she creates the warm, inclusive and academically rigorous environment a child needs to build a solid base.

A Master’s in Science Education and a decade engineering high-performance learning. Directly responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our extracurricular schools, and for the STEM initiatives — coding, app development and cyber security — that keep our secondary students at the frontier of technology. A Bachelor’s in Education with a STEM focus, and TRCN certification. Tasked with overseeing the STEM foundation in our elementary wing, ensuring computational thinking begins early. They mentor teachers and monitor lesson delivery to guarantee the dual curriculum is executed with precision, developing the logical reasoning a borderless economy requires.

A Degree in Theology and over 8 years in youth mentorship.
